Posting Tips
Even a casual glance at any Xena fanfic index reveals the widespread
practice of posting stories in installments. Without a doubt there
are any number of readers who enjoy catching the newest batch
of pages from their favorite bard and who are quite happy to follow
a work-in-progress. However, there are some serious pitfalls to
consider, and I urge all bards to give a second thought to this
piecemeal approach to writing. It's not the best choice for every
story or every writer.
